How it works…
Whether you need us to collect a piece of jewellery for repair or deliver a set of sparkly diamond earrings in time for your Mum’s birthday, we will do our very best to make it happen.
If you are unable to visit the store due to the current government restrictions, we can collect from you. Ideally we will do a door step handover and brief conversation about what you need.
Here’s how to arrange:

Your availability for a secure collection
We can give you an estimate of costs at this stage and follow up with a quote once we’ve seen and assessed your item
One of our team will drive to your address during the agreed time slot, following our doorstep distancing and hygiene guidelines and make the collection.
Once we’ve done the work we’ll contact you to arrange a secure delivery and follow very similar guidelines to how we carry out safe collections.
We will take payment over the ‘phone or online prior to delivery and email you your receipt.
Please be reassured if there’s anything not quite right with the finishes or fit then we will sort it out for you.

If there’s anything else you’d like us to do and indeed bring if you are struggling to get supplies please ask us. We will do what we can to help and adapt to look after you and your needs.
We can deliver/collect in the Hampshire area in person and UK wide by a secure postal service.
